We understand that each transaction is unique. Below is a typical SOP we follow to ensure a smooth trading process.
The Buyer provides an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with their company letterhead, incorporation certificate, and passport.
The Seller sends a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the Buyer to review and sign.
After the SPA is executed, the Seller provides Proof of Product (POP) documents, including necessary certificates and licenses.
The Buyer drafts an Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) and submits it for the Seller’s approval.
Simultaneously, the Seller prepares a Performance Bond (PB) draft for the Buyer’s review.
Once both drafts are approved, both banks activate the DLC and PB simultaneously.
After activation, the Seller’s bank provides full POP documents to the Buyer’s bank.
Shipment proceeds as outlined in the contract, with the Seller covering SGS inspection at the loading port and the Buyer at the unloading port.
The Buyer releases payment to the Seller via TT/MT103 upon receiving shipping documents and SGS/CIQ confirmation at the destination port within the agreed business days.
